Best hospital in Lucknow. Best Pediatric care provided to my daughter who is in critical condition by Dr Mudit, Dr Raj Shekhar Tiwari, Mr. Dileep and whole team. My daughter got high fever and infection and after 8 days of treatment and hospitalization also she was not recovering infect her condition ...got worse when fever start reaching Brain. Where other hospitals were just focusing on money making, this hospital and their pediatric team just gave me and my family big relief by giving my daughter best treatment and care. They kept my daughter in PICU and in two days she showed speedy recovery. I'm highly thankful to the pediatric team and wonderful doctor's here. Special thanks to Mr Dileep, Raj sir and Mudit sir for handling the situation very sensitively. Thanku
Best hospital in Lucknow. I have very good experience with pediatrics and NICU department of Mayo hospital. My 7 days old baby suffered with jaundice and sepsis. In a first glance Dr. Raj Shekhar recognised and counsel for the whole treatment considering my C-section to avoid any kind of panic. ...When I went to NICU for a test, I met head of NICU Mr. Dileep kumar Gupta. He stated that your daughter is suffering with severe jaundice and recommend immediate admission and photography rather than waiting for next three hours for test results as it will increase her bilirubin 2-3 points which can be reduced during next three hours if she will get the phototherapy treatment. And we followed that. When the test results came it was 25 point serum bilirubin and 33 point CRP that was way dangerous for her life. Those 3 hours early symptomatic diagnosis of dangerous level of jaundice by Dileep worked without any panic. I believe that experience matters and in this case experience of both the doctor and head NICU saved the struggle of my daughter. Thankfully with right guidance and support of Dr. Raj Shekhar and Dilip my daughter recovered fast. Most importantly, their dealing of a 7 days old C- section mother was very good. They counselled me and my husband very well. After recovery of my daughter when I am looking back the scenario I know my I could be in panick situation if they didn't communicated so well. Dr. Raj Shekhar, dileep and Dr. Mudit were informing all the details without creating panic situation. I feel this is very important to offer positive approach to the parents of new born who is in danger zone. I would like to thank you Dr. Raj Shekhar, NICU head Mr Dileep, Dr. Mudit and their nursing staff for their constant support.

So, I'm posting a honest review because I'm frequently visiting to this hospital as I'm a CKD patient so I'm taking dialysis in this hospital.... overall my experience about my dialysis technician is up to the mark...they all r v. cooperative n humble n also capable to handle situations too....but as we all know experience may vary from person to person...and this is mine...hospital is good in all manner...

Excellent NICU service. God blessed me with a baby boy and after born he was admitted to the NICU for further caring process. The NICU team treated my child very well. Mr. Dileep, Sister Anju, and other staff were very cooperative.
Good emergency services. Doctors take care really well and are receptive to patients' complaints. The nurses are also very good. Nurses like Vandana, Gaurav, and Azaad Singh are real experts in their jobs. The admin team is also very accessible .
